We are thrilled to offer our space for Meetings and Private events!
Our space is comfy, cozy and casual with a beachy vibe.
Basic details available below but please reach out for a custom quote.

Business Meetings

Host your Leadership Team, Management Team or any other group for an off-site meeting (Ex. Quarterly Planning, Annual Planning, Brainstorming Session, etc.)

Available Monday - Friday for 1/2 Day or Full Day rental. 

Private Parties

Treat your special guests to an evening at Hoppy! Holiday gatherings, special birthdays, client appreciation parties, and more.

Available all Sunday and Monday evenings and limited availability for Thursday - Saturday evenings.

BUSINESS MEETINGS

  • Availability: Monday - Friday â€‹â€‹

    • 1/2 Day - Pick any 4 hour time period between 9a to 3p​

    • Full Day - 9am to 3pm

  • Capacity: Recommend headcount of 1 to 15

  • Seating: Our space has multiple configurations of seating options utilizing our furniture or outfitting the space with the traditional large round with foldout chairs.

  • Catering: ​Discounted catering from Sierra Grill and a few other locally owned and operated businesses.  â€‹â€‹

  • Equipment: 

    • We have five 65" TVs for displaying presentations​

    • Dry Erase White Board with Markers

    • Will accommodate other requests needs as available​

  • Add-Ons:

    • Coffee and/or Breakfast Bar​

    • Drink Cooler (Sodas and waters of choice)

    • 1hr Private Happy Hour with Bartender (3p-4p)

  • ​Availability:

    • Every Sunday & Monday evening​

    • Thursday - Saturdays limited availability, will only offer 1 of each per month on a first come, first serve basis.

    • Normal events run 3 to 4 hours starting at 7pm

  • Capacity: 

    • Recommend headcount of 1 to 35 inside​

    • Additional capacity outside for 15

    • Total Capacity of 50 max

  • Catering: 

    • Allow us to coordinate your catering needs as we have options from many locally owned and operated businesses.​

    • Support staff will order and setup food as requested

  • Decorating: 

    • Access to the establishment 1 hour prior to your event and for 30 minutes after for breakdown​

    • Support staff will help in your setup 

  • Entertainment: ​

    • Allow us to help coordinate a DJ or single acoustic live entertainment options. ​
